Our Mission

At the core of our work is the mission to drive the progress of Latino families and residents in Delaware. This is achieved by providing timely well-being, educational, and community support. We establish meaningful collaborations to connect the Latino community with local resources and service providers in a way that respects and celebrates cultural diversity, thus fostering an environment of prosperity and sustainable growth.

Our Vision

At the Hispanic Association of Delaware, we envision a future where every Latino family and resident in Delaware not only thrives but is also fully empowered. We strive to be the driving force that catalyzes the development and growth of Hispanics in this state. We see a strengthened community, connected with local resources and opportunities, where empowerment is the foundation of every individual and collective success. Our vision encompasses the creation of a robust network of collaborations that enrich the lives of each member of the Latino community, guiding them towards a future full of possibilities and achievements.
