Mr. Elder Ayala was born and raised in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. He came to the United States at the age of 18 just shortly after graduating from High School. He barely spoke English, so he enrolled in the ESL program at Delaware Technical Community College in Wilmington. After a year and half later, he was accepted at Goldey-Beacom College – a local private business college where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration focusing on Information Technology. Elder has demonstrated a great passion on Education and Advocacy as a key to pursue better opportunities not only in the workplace but also in society to helping others achieve their dreams. Just before his graduation, he was recruited to work for Citibank as a Software Engineer. He continued to work for major companies like Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase, Verizon, and among others. While he was employed by the major players in the Financial and Banking industries, he was also pursuing his career as an entrepreneur. By the end of 2008, he started his first business “CompuMex Consulting” that focused primarily in the computer and mobile repair services. Later in 2009, with his strong entrepreneurial and accounting expertise, he decided to start CMC Group Taxes, LLC – an Accounting and Tax Service firm. He continued to work his way up until 2015 when Elder had to make one of the most challenging decisions of going full-time as an entrepreneur saying good-bye to Corporate America. CMC Group Taxes, LLC now serves more than a thousand clients including individuals and small businesses in the community of Newark, DE and surrounding. Also, his passion and dedication on helping thousands of individuals and small businesses understand and adapt to our complex financial system in America has been fundamentally rewarding for him. Elder is married to Gabriela and has two children Itzel and Ernesto. “There is nothing more satisfying than to spend quality time with my wife and kids.” said with a big smile. On a personal level, Elder loves traveling and getting to know new people and other cultures. He believes in giving back to the community is the key to continue to be blessed and fulfilled by impacting the lives of others on a positive way. Finally, he is constantly looking for better opportunities to helping his clients, friends, family, and the community by moving forward with his education, personal development and business coaching programs.
